Wenn man Pizza f\u00fcr den ganzen Abend backt, bleiben die W\u00e4nde und den Schamotteboden des Holzofens noch lange warm und kann man deswegen noch das Mittagessen zubereiten. Auch wenn das Feuer im Holzofen ganz ausgegangen ist, speichert er die W\u00e4rme noch lange und die Temperatur wird bestimmt bei ca. 200\u00b0C liegen: Das ist die optimale Temperatur f\u00fcr dieses fusion-text-2\"><p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"light\">In eine passende Auflaufform den Schweinebraten, die Zwibeln, die Karotten und den Sellerie geben.<\/li>\n<li class=\"light\">Wasser und Wein gie\u00dfen und den Schweinebraten zur H\u00e4lfte bedecken. Etwa \u00d6l, Salz und Pfeffer \u00fcber die Gem\u00fcse geben (nicht auf das Fleisch) und im Ofen f\u00fcr 4 Stunden backen.
