Alfa Forni launches the new ONE, the compact gas-burning oven for cooking outdoors even in city centres.
After the smashing success of the ONE wood-fired oven, the venerable Italian brand of pizza ovens bets big on its gas counterpart. Ultralight and compact, ONE gas-fired oven has been explicitly designed for city centres where limitations on smoke from wood burning may discourage those who love cooking over an open fire
Anagni, 10 March 2020 – A 100% Italian pizza oven for all homes, for city dwellers as well. Here comes the first Alfa Forni portable gas oven for cooking alfresco. Small, light, powerful and smokeless, ONE gas oven is the right choice for pizza buffs who can’t afford the luxury of a garden but don’t want to compromise on quality, design or performance. The ONE oven is in a class of its own, 40% more powerful than competitors on average, it cooks perfectly evenly and clearly simplifies users’ daily life. You will no longer need to fuss over the firewood, the smoke or to worry about cleaning ash.
ONE reaches 500°C in as little as 10 minutes and bakes a genuine Neapolitan pizza in only 60 seconds. If space is at a premium, you can be sure that this oven won’t let you down. Its small size (73x55x48 cm) and low weight (50 kg) make it easy to move it to a balcony or a terrace. Alfa’s signature design can be certainly found in the ONE layout: it features soft lines and double curves that the company has improved over the years and that now sets Alfa apart from the competition.
The ONE’s cooking chamber built of high-resistance 441 stainless steel based on the patented ForninoxTM technology, provides the superior combustion performance common to all Alfa ovens. The innovative, patented smoke flow system, designed by the Alfa’s R&D team, enhances the performances and the safety of the chamber, bringing temperature up to 500°C in a few minutes and reducing pesky emissions and fuel consumption at the same time. The professional ceramic fibre that separates the combustion chamber from the dome guarantees perfect insulation while keeping the oven from overheating. Finally, the dome is powder-coated in 7 layers to better stand the elements and the test of time.
Do you want to find out which oven is best suited for your needs?
“With this new project, we have set ourselves some very ambitious goals, that is, keeping the same size as the wood-fired oven, reaching 500°C in 10 minutes and, most importantly, baking pizzeria-quality pizzas. In fact, we want to give our users the product they need”, says Giulia Lauro, Product and Marketing Manager.
“Our new product is flying high”, explains Sara Lauro, Head of Sales and Marketing. “The sheer amount of pre-orders that we have received from our Italian and European customers is a sign that a very busy outdoor season is ahead of us”.
The Alfa ONE gas-fired oven is for sale in the Italian and international market (Europe, Asia, South America, Australia) from 15 March 2020. For more information, please visit www.alfaforni.com
