Cat’s tongue biscuits
- Butter 100 gr
- Flour 100 gr
- Eggs 4 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar 100 gr
Start by working the butter at room temperature with a spoon, add the powdered sugar until you get a smooth texture.
United gradually vanilla, flour and continue adding the egg whites one at a time that should not be cold but at room temperature and stir well.
Put the resulting mixture into a pastry bag and put it on a baking sheet forming the 5-6 cm long sticks.
Remember to leave a few inches between a stick and the other so that they do not touch during cooking.
Turn the pan occasionally for even cooking.
The cat’s tongue biscuits go bake in the oven at 200 ° C to 210 ° C for 8-9 minutes, until their edges just begin to be golden.
Once baked the cat’s tongue biscuits will be detached from the pan and let cool.
