Discover Quattro Pro Top

Quattro Top is our compact, light and easy to use professional wood fired oven, perfectly designed to be placed on a food truck, inside a professional kitchen, in a fast food restaurant or for catering use. Cooks 4 small pizzas or 3 large pizzas at a time, and up to 60 pizzas per hour. This pizza oven reaches 450°C / 840°F in just 30 minutes and is the perfect device for adding new business at low cost.

Available in gas and wood versions. The gas version doesn’t need any work for installation. Just place it under the normal hood. Thanks to its compact size (90 cm depth) Quattro Top is the only commercial wood fired oven that saves kitchen space and can be installed in the restaurant kitchen. Quattro Top professional pizza oven will be your best assistant cook.
