Grease a high-edge pan with b\u00e9chamel sauce and <\/span><b>put the first layer of pasta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, spread the rag\u00f9, the cheese and the b\u00e9chamel then sprinkle with parmesan and repeat 6-7 more times. <\/span><b>Let the dish rest at room temperature<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if you will bake it in a short time or put it in the fridge for later use taking it out at least an hour before cooking. <\/span><b>Bake at 200-250 \u00b0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C until a brown crust forms on top.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Main course: Sweet and Sour pork ribs<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a really tasty, easy recipe <\/span><b>that is just made for the BBQ 500.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, the raw sugar and the extra virgin olive oil in a very fine stream and stir, even with a hand blender. <\/span><b>Season both sides of the ribs <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with salt, pepper and olive oil and <\/span><b>bake the full rack on the BBQ 500 grill<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bone-side down. For the <\/span><b>sweet pastry<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 100 g icing sugar, 150 g cold, roughly cubed butter, 600 g of plain flour and grated lemon peel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the <\/span><b>custard<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 6 glasses whole milk, 6 egg yolks, 6 tbsp. sugar, 6 tbsp. plain flour and flavour of your choice like lemon peel, cinnamon or vanilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>For the pastry<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, combine the ingredients and mix to form a dough, then shape it into a rough ball, <\/span><b>wrap it in cling film and chill in the fridge<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for an hour. <\/span><b>Roll out<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> between two sheets of parchment paper to form a disc about \u00bd cm thick. Line a tart tin with the pastry <\/span><b>and let it rest in the fridge<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. On top of the pastry, <\/span><b>add a generous layer of custard <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>the coarsely chopped strawberries<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> previously seasoned with sugar and lemon. <\/span><b>Bake for 20 minutes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at 150-180 \u00b0C not to close to the fire <\/span><b>rotating the tin during cooking<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
