Healthy, fast and loved by all Italians and not only.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>320 g wheat pasta<\/li>\n<li>4 ounces tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 chopped onion<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>150 g mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>40 g black olives<\/li>\n<li>pecorino cheese, grated<\/li>\n<li>15 g capers<\/li>\n<li>bread crumbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STEPS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Boil the penne pasta so that it is \u201cal dente\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Grate the pecorino cheese and cut the mozzarella into small cubes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the condiment. Cook tomato sauce with the chopped onion and olive oil.
