Mettre une moiti\u00e9 dans l\u2019eau froide sal\u00e9e et faire cuire pour ensuite faire la pur\u00e9e. \u00c9mincer en rondelles l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 en laissant la peau et faire griller dans la chambre inf\u00e9rieure pendant 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Chemiser le plat \u00e0 four de papier cuisson, placer le moule et disposer une premi\u00e8re couche de rondelles de pommes de terre en les faisant se chevaucher l\u00e9g\u00e8rement<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Saupoudrer de sel et poivre et ajouter la mozzarella<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Placer la pur\u00e9e, la mozzarella et une autre couche de rondelles<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Recouvrir de ricotta sal\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Laisser cuire pendant 5 minutes, dresser l\u2019assiette et servir imm\u00e9diatement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conseil du chef:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>vous pourrez utiliser un autre fromage ; nous avons choisi un fromage italien de lait de vache \u00e0 p\u00e2te fil\u00e9e.
