C\u2019est rapide, bon et on en redemande.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>320 g de p\u00e2tes au bl\u00e9 dur<\/li>\n<li>4 dl de sauce tomate<\/li>\n<li>150 g de mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>40 g d\u2019olives noires d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>fromage pecorino ce qu\u2019il faut<\/li>\n<li>15 g de c\u00e2pres<\/li>\n<li>chapelure de pain ce qu\u2019il faut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PR\u00c9PARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Faites cuire les p\u00e2tes dans un grand volume d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez la mozzarella en petits d\u00e9s et r\u00e2pez le pecorino<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez la sauce tomate, les olives noires d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es et les c\u00e2pres dessal\u00e9s. Ajoutez le pecorino et la mozzarella.<\/li>\n<li>Sortez les p\u00e2tes d\u00e8s qu\u2019elles sont al dente, \u00e9gouttez-les, passez-les rapidement \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide et ajoutez la sauce.
