Divisez le haut de cuisse en deux parts.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disposez les tranches de pancetta sur un moule \u00e0 flan et croisez-les.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coupez la fontina en d\u00e9s d\u2019environ 1 cm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placez le demi-haut de cuisse \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du moule, ajoutez un d\u00e9 de fromage au centre, enroulez et fixez. Renversez les moules.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disposez les hauts de cuisse dans un plat \u00e0 four et faites-les cuire pr\u00e8s du feu \u00e0 170\u00b0C jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pancetta soit bien dor\u00e9e. Tournez le plat si n\u00e9cessaire.
