ingredienti favolosi!&nbsp;\u263a<\/p>\n<p>Se invece abbiamo la fortuna di avere un forno a legna a casa, avremo la possibilit\u00e0 di poter scegliere la farina da utilizzare per l\u2019impasto, i condimenti e quindi potremo fare un calcolo molto pi\u00f9 preciso sulle calorie assunte e soprattutto sui macronutrienti come le proteine, i grassi e i carboidrati, controllando gi\u00e0 in fase di preparazione&nbsp;sia la quantit\u00e0 che la qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Vi sveliamo una verit\u00e0 sconosciuta ai pi\u00f9: la pizza non fa ingrassare!<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Se rientra in un bilancio calorico settimanale possiamo mangiarla anche tutti i sabati sera, senza nessun senso di colpa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Come vedremo la pizza margherita, ad esempio, \u00e8&nbsp;<b>un piatto unico,<\/b>&nbsp;perch\u00e8 contiene circa 1200 kcal e tutti i macronutrienti di cui abbiamo bisogno per un pasto&nbsp;molto&nbsp;ricco, ma equilibrato.<\/p>\n<p>Vediamo ora il calcolo delle calorie chilocalorie ma soprattutto i valori dei&nbsp;nutrienti&nbsp;che ne possiamo trarre.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Carboidrati<\/i><\/b><b>:<\/b>&nbsp;nella&nbsp;<b>pizza home made<\/b>&nbsp;scegliamo noi il peso dei panetti, per una pizza tonda da 30 cm utilizzeremo un panetto da circa 280 gr che equivalgono a 180 gr di farina pari a circa 130 gr di carboidrati, per un totale di&nbsp;<b>620 kcal<\/b>&nbsp;(a livello calorico non importa che questa sia farina 00, integrale o con altri tipi di grano).<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Proteine<\/i><\/b><b>:&nbsp;<\/b>Possiamo&nbsp;trovarle sia nella farina stessa (dai 9 a 12 gr di proteine per 100 gr di farina) sia nella mozzarella. Per una pizza margherita metteremo circa 150 gr di mozzarella pari a&nbsp;<b>360 kcal,<\/b>&nbsp;proteine 30 gr.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Grassi<\/i><\/b><b>:&nbsp;<\/b>li troviamo nella mozzarella (per 150 gr di mozzarella abbiamo 25 gr di grassi) e nell\u2019 olio a crudo, 10 gr equivalgono a&nbsp;<b>90 kcal.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aggiungiamo nel calcolo anche le calorie della polpa di pomodoro, circa 200 gr di aggiungere l\u2019olio a crudo.
