fusion-text-2\"><p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"light\">Acquistiamo il pesce in pescheria e facciamolo pulire bene eliminando le interiora e le squame.<\/li>\n<li class=\"light\">Accendiamo il nostro forno a legna o a gas, e&nbsp;<strong>aspettiamo che raggiunga i 180\u00b0C-200\u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"light\">Prendiamo l\u2019orata e riponiamo dentro la pancia uno spicchio d\u2019aglio e del prezzemolo. Tagliamo i pomodorini a met\u00e0 e mettiamoli in una pirofila in cui andremo ad adagiare l\u2019orata. Uniamo l\u2019olio, acqua e vino. Diciamo che l\u2019orata deve essere per met\u00e0 in acqua e met\u00e0 fuori.<\/li>\n<li class=\"light\">Mettiamo quindi la pirofila&nbsp;<strong>in forno per circa 20 -25 minuti<\/strong>.
