Fontina is a DOP (protected origin) cheese produced in Val D\u2019Aosta, the Italian region bordering France.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/the-a-to-z-guide-to-cheeseplus-pungent-pairings-1457536832\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">In 2016, the Wall Street Journal inserted Fontina as one of the 26 best cheeses in the world.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"light\">Asparagus are really simple to find in any market. They are also rich in vitamins, fiber and folic acid. Take 1 Kg of whole-wheat flour, 600 ml of water 2 gr of dry yeast 20 gr of salt and 100 ml of EVO oil: mix all the ingredients starting with water and adding the flour gradually\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alfapizza.it\/home\/content\/pizza-dough.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">(see the pizza dough recipe here)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"light\">Let it rise in a\u00a0<strong>fridge for 24 hours<\/strong>. Then make the pizza dough balls and let them rise for\u00a0<strong>5-6 hours out<\/strong>\u00a0of the fridge.
