Ideal for bruschetta or toasted and stuffed with a good jam.\u2028 As prepared with whole wheat flour is very healthy and full of fiber.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>\u20283 spoons of extravirgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>10 g Fine salt<\/li>\n<li>350 ml water<\/li>\n<li>1 spoon malto<\/li>\n<li>12 g Brewer\u2019s yeast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STEPS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Light up the refractory wood fire oven at least 2 hours before baking.
