cutting the chestnuts.<\/p>\n<p>Start by checking that the chestnuts are intact (no holes or marks). \u2028With a sharp and serrated knife, make a long cut of about 3\/4 cm reaching the meat.<\/p>\n<p>Once the embers have formed, spread them over the hob. \u2028Place the chestnuts on the perforated pan and put it directly on the embers in the&nbsp;<span class=\"widget Pizza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the chestnuts on the embers for about 30 minutes. \u2028Depending on the chestnut size and the amount of the embers inside the wood-fired oven, cooking time can vary from 20 to 30 minutes. \u2028In case more embers are needed, you can leave two small logs lit at the side of the oven.<\/p>\n<p>Very good, quick and easy to make for a pleasant evening in the company of
