Created to handle pizzas up to 35 cm, the Large Pizza Peel is perfect for passionate home pizzaioli. Aluminum surface and ergonomic handle ensure optimal control.

PIZZA PEEL EXTRA LARGE
(40 cm – 16 in)

Extra size, authentic emotion.

Ideal for large ovens and extra large 40 cm pizzas. The Extra Large Pizza Peel is strong, precise and refined in every detail. Perfect for those who want more than an ordinary pizza.

The Peel Set (available in Medium, Large or Extra Large) fits all ovens from the most compact to the largest models and includes a Pizza Peel, a Turning Peel and a Brush.

The aluminum head features multiple perforations that reduce weight and allow excess flour to fall away. This prevents pizzas from baking on burnt flour, which can cause bitter flavors and compromise all your preparation work.

Adjustable handle for maximum control

The Alfa steel pizza peel handle is adjustable in length, allowing you to create a shorter or longer peel simply by adding or removing the extension.

You can choose between:

• 95 cm (37.4 in) handle + head

• 125 cm (49.2 in) handle + 1 extension + head
