Video tutorial – how to assemble the home oven base
Assembling the Alfa base is quick and easy: fit the 4 legs to the top, install the 4 castors, place the oven on it and screw the 4 bolts to the oven base.

What do you find inside the packaging?
M6 bolt and nut.
Hole caps
Socket screw and M6 nut
10, 13, 17 spanners
4 (5/32 in) Allen key
Handle and M8 fixing bolt
Top and legs
M10 bolt and washer
Castors with fixing plate
Assembly instructions:
Open the packaging and put the top on the ground.
Mount the first table leg.
Tighten the socket screw and the nut to secure the leg to the top. All Alfa products come with the tools needed to assemble.
Repeat the same process with the other legs.
Continue with the assembly of the third leg.
Then complete the installation of the legs.
Now attach the 4 castors.
Place the fixing plate and secure the 4 castors by using the bolts and nuts.
With the top inverted install the front panel.
Anchor the panel to the base by using the slots.
Attach the handle on the right or on the left.
Cover with the hole caps to round off the edges.

Solution A
Ideal for gas-fired ovens. The front panel allows you to hide the gas bottle.
Solution B
Better for wood-fired ovens. Move the front panel to the rear to make room for storing firewood.
WARNINGS
- Read and follow the instructions for a proper assembly: if you have any questions, send an email to [email protected].
- Do not move the oven when it is in operation.
- Place the oven base on a perfectly level surface.
- Do not mount the oven on the base when it is on or still hot.
- The gas bottle may leave traces of rust on the base.
- Maximum gas bottle capacity: 25 kg.
- Maximum shelf load capacity: 30 kg.
- Alfa is not responsible for any damage to property or people due to accidents caused by incorrect handling or use of the base.
CAUTION
- Never touch the bottom of the oven when it is running or immediately after use.
- Use extreme caution when moving the oven onto the base.
- Always lock at least 2 of the 4 casters.
- Move the oven by yourself and stay away from people or things when doing it.
