The Italian brand of professional pizza ovens is back in Milan to celebrate its 40th anniversary with some great new products.
Anagni, 24 July 2017 – Alfa Pro, the brand specialised in the professional equipment business of Alfa 1977, the historical Italian company of wood and gas-fired ovens, is back in Milan to take part in the Host 2017 exhibition with a lot of new products, well known oven designers and special events. The 40th edition of the world’s most important HO.RE.CA tradeshow happens just as Alfa 1977 celebrates 40 years of business. And what better occasion than the Milan show to refresh the primal mission statement: to promote innovation in the restaurant business.
This year the company will focus on the concept of compact flame: leaving its high performances unchanged, the professional wood and gas-fired oven becomes even more useful and compact to meet different needs and to enter the HO.RE.CA. equipment market. Ease of use and product customization for meeting consumer demand, from outdoor cooking to food truck, including open kitchens for show cooking, the new Alfa Pro line seeks to target new and demanding customers with products more personalized than ever before.
