This year Alfa Pizza was also present at “Progetto Fuoco”, the fair dedicated to heating and cooking with wood, presenting many innovations … that, did not go unnoticed!
On the one hand , which expands and innovates across , three ovens with a heart of refractory and a stainless steel cupola perfect for any space requirements. Still the idea to involve you in the preparation of the pizza was a real success! With the help of our chefs, customers and the curious, we have ventured into the preparation and cooking with the , specially lit for the occasion. Finally, it was a great opportunity to review our historical customers and make new ones! Our stand was a true meeting point for sharing our strategies, to listen to the needs of our customers and to present to all our new solutions.
