Alfa Pizza presents the video recipe for cooking tasty Breadsticks using the Gastone oven.

  •  Cooking flame
  •  Oven temperature 380°C
  •  Cooking time: 1 hour 40 minutes


  • cake / pastry flour – 370 grs
  • a teaspoon of sugar
  • extra-virgin olive oil – 40 grs
  • salt – 6 grs
  • semolina
  • water
  • freeze-dried yeast – 5 grs
  • sesame seeds


  1. melt the yeast in the water
  2. add a teaspoon of sugar
  3. put the flour and mix
  4. when the mixture is starting to get omogeneous knead the dough with your hands
  5. add salt
  6. add oil
  7. let the dough rest for 10 minutes
  8. fold the dough twice as to give it strength and make small loaves
  9. cover the plastic wrap with the oil
  10. let the dough leaven for an hour
  11. use the pasta cutter to make strips of dough
  12. roll the dough in the semolina and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  13. do not use too much semolina so as not to compromise the baking of the breadsticks
  14. with the cooking floor at 200 °C bake for 10/12 minutes
  15. at half way through the baking rotate the baking pan
