Molten chocolate pie

Alfa Pizza presents the video recipe for cooking tasty Molten Chocolate Pie using the Gastone oven.

  •  Ingredients for 10 portions
  •  Cooking flame
  •  Oven temperature: 300 °C
  •  Cooking time: 50 minutes


  • 60gr cake / pastry slour
  • icing sugar
  • 200gr dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • 200 gr butter
  • 100 gr sugar


  1. light the oven, keep the flame low and close the door
  2. melt 200 grs of butter in a pot
  3. cut the dark chocolate into flakes
  4. add it to the butter
  5. break 4 eggs in 100 grs of sugar
  6. add a pinch of salt
  7. mix it with a baking whips
  8. once cooled, add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix
  9. add 60 grs of flour and mix
  10. butter the baking molds and put some sugar
  11. pour the mixture into the bake molds
  12. let it rest in the freezer for 20 minutes
  13. check the temperature of the cooking floor using the laser thermometer, around 170/180°C
  14. bake for 15 minutes, the pyrometer will show 300 °C
  15. serve in a plate with icing sugar
