The brand of made-in-Italy ovens unveils the latest products in the professional oven business that will be presented at the October fair.
Anagni, September 11th, 2017 – The countdown to Host 2017, the Ho.Re.Ca leading event, is finally on and Alfa 1977, the historical brand of made-in-Italy wood and gas-fired ovens, is getting ready for it. Alfa Pro, Alfa 1977’s label specialized in the professional equipment, is betting big on the much-anticipated Milan exhibit and is giving some glimpses of the new products that will be showcased to the global audience on the same occasion.
10 products on display, a world premiere of 4 new products, 2 cooking shows and 1 product in the running for the Smart Label, the award for the innovation in the hospitality industry: these are the Alfa Pro numbers for the 2017 edition.
Waiting for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, here is a foretaste of the new products that will revitalize the offer in the professional market. The “Compact Flame” innovation is Alfa Pro’s 2017 breakthrough: this proprietary technology developed in-house features the new 2017 professional ovens, making them more compact and more eye-catching thanks to their living flames. This technology allows the ovens to reach 500°C in a professional kitchen, an industry first. This innovation is a double advantage for the restaurateur: on the one hand, the higher temperature allows a better cooking and, on the other hand, the pyrolysis at 500°C enables the self-cleaning ovens to burn off food residue and bacteria simplifying the work of the pizza chef.
“The preparatory and design work done over these months has enabled us to make high-performance products while ensuring safety at high temperatures”, explains Alfa Pro’s head of business Sara Lauro. “Host is the most important event of the year for Alfa Pro and our significant presence at the fair is a clear signal of how much we believe and invest in the Ho.Re.Ca. business” adds Sara.
